Alternative mood

Sometimes it's too hard for metal-lover and a gothic soul to keep oneself inside of strict borders. On days like these I make a decision to add something alternative to my outfit: leather leggings or a skirt, brutal boots or shoes on extremely high heels, dramatic makeup and even black lips. Today black lipstick is my choice. My outfit is dark, so I put on  orange boots in order to add something bright and extraordinary to my look. 

I also feel something special when I see high stockings with black lace. It's too fragile and got at the same time. 

Do not think that alternative girls have no time for reading. They are always eager to learn something new.

And what do you put on when you feel naughty? ;-p

Primavera

When there is no bloom outdoors, I create spring myself. I love minimalism and monochromic landscape but sometimes I get tired of it and need some color. For this makeup I used Chanel Le crayon Levres Donic Pink 70, pink eyeshadow from Lancôme palette 24H à Paris – Night, Guerlain Lingerie de Peau skin-fusion foundation. I try to make this total pink makeup not doll's makeup but something tender and romantic. And I think I coped with it :)

Waterfall of creation

I was always searching for myself, as they say. As for me, I create myself. Every second, every day. And one day I understood that I began to create myself in a right way. And I keep listening to myself and searching for a perfect road. Now I found a variant of relaxation and t's a type of creative activity at the same way. I'm talking about knitting. I love knitting standard things like hats, snoods and scarfs, and I also love creating something extraordinary like knitted headbands or necklaces. 

I also make Helsinki hats.

Guerlain vs. Yves Saint Laurent

I am a great lover and admirer of eylines. Sometimes I love them strict, sometimes I need deep smoky eyes and there are days when I need them to be like Cleopatra's eyelines. Maybe it's not quite alright but eyes without eylines and makeup seems naked to me :)) It could be balanced only by red or dark lips. 

I consider eye penciles, shadows and and felt-type eye markers to be great invention, especially for smoky eyes. But I still need classy liquid eyeliner to be in my beautician. And today I want to speak about my favorite ones.

Ideal ,perfect eyeliner. It can help you in making eyelines of any type: classy or dramatic, thin or thick, natural or expressive. 

Pluses: 

+ thin and soft brush, it makes this eyeliner perfect for makeup of any type;

+ beautiful colors. Usually I use classy black eyeliner, because my eyes are dark brown, my eyebrows and eyelashes are black. But in this collection I love Chocolate Reflections. It's quite dark and attracts attention to the color of my eyes. It even makes my eyes and my eyesight deeper. Besides it looks quite natural and it is good for nude makeup;

+ long lasting effect. It is very important for a young mom like me, because you never know when your day begins and when the end of your day will take place;

+ you can take it with you anywhere, it's very comfortable.

Minuses:

– If you are a beginner in eyelining art  it will be difficult for you to draw a beautiful line. It's because of a very thin brush. I consider this eyeliner to be perfect for this who've got great skills in eyelining. 

Guerlain Eyliner Longue Tenue Bi-Phase 

Pluses:

+ Deep, rich black color. For those who love perfection, who are strict in choosing colors. My black eyeliner is NO DOUBT black and fatal;

+ It's easy to use, no matter if you are a beginner or a great artist of eyelining. 

+ The brush is soft and there's no need to push, you only need to make smooth lines;

+ Design of a tube. And again it's made for perfectionists, for those who don't need just eyelines but need some a makeup masterpiece. Long stunning cap and a tube made of Matt glass. 

Minuses:

– Although it's amazingly beautiful, the tube is not perfect. It's to easy to crash the cap. I must say that I didn't take a tube with me anywhere, it just took place in my beautician but it crashed. Next time I will try to keep it in its box, but not in my penal.

– If you make just one line but don't put two or three layers it will stay perfect for a long time (look at my photo, I even took a shower with these eyelines), but if there are more than one layer a few hours later the eyeline may "crash" and it will cover the area around your eyes with black spots. The same if you happen to be in the street during severe rain or snowfall. 

Well, this is my verdict: if you are a beginner take the 2nd variant, but be careful while taking it with you anywhere. If you are a master of eyelining take YSL. It's a dreamy eyeliner.

Snood for a real man

Well, I finished my snood. It's unisex, uniage and even unitype (human being or a teddy bear). 

Nevertheless, I presented it to my hubb. I tried to make it brutal and masculine 'cause my man is a real man. And I guess I coped with it :-) 

I must say the process is magical as any creative process is. I'm glad to be back in knitting and now I'm seriously in it amd there a lot of knitting projects in my head. Thanks for inspiration to my parents and to a month that I spent at their place. There are a lot of plots for different novels, art projects and knitting design are in my head. I read and re-read many fantastic books and came back to linguistics (my languages were reanimated). And of course, thanks to love of my life.

As white as snow

Snow has been falling in my city for almost 2 weeks already. It's extremely beautiful and magical both if you stroll or sit at home with a cup of coffee or cacao with marshmallows and an interesting book or a film. This weather inspired me to knit a woolen snood which is very cozy, warm and beautiful. I'll show it to you later. This weather also reminds me of some of my spring and summer total white looks. Although I like snowy winter, I miss hot summer a lot. Or at least I need warm spring. 

As you perhaps noticed I love extreme mini, shorts or very short skirts. Very often I put on sneakers but not high heels with them not to look too noticeable :-) Especially with super sexy pantyhose like this which imitates stockings. 

I also like combination of different grey print design on white. It always reminds me of marble.

So, you can see the combination/contradiction of such prints on my bag and on my hood.

Lady in red

Well, do you know what I love so much in Moscow? I adore minitowns inside of a big city. It's like visiting another country, transforming into another reality. Such minitowns in fact are oasises of art, design and architecture. My hubby and I love to come here for visiting different exhibitions or for buying different instruments for creating art. When I visit such places I want to look bright and elegant at the same time. So, red dress and a classic trench are great components of such outfit. 

Red lips are the final point in creating of such look.

To speak frankly, I guess this outfit and the colors of surrounding buildings can be something like a song dedicated to the end of the fall.

Love is in the air

At least you've come. My beautiful, romantic, touching time. Time of my rebirth and time of creation. Late autumn. It's time when you put on your favorite knit accessories and warm coats, lock your soul and go wherever you need to go. But why should you behave in such a way? It's time of love, don't you feel it? Open your heart, be strong, realize your ideas.

As for me, I put on my military coat to remember that I'm brave and strong and knit hat to remember that I'm a fragile girl. And how do you meet cold days? 

Red lips

I must confess, I'm a great lover of red lipstick. For me it's dramatic, sensual and truly seductive. I love different shades of red, and if you examine my beautician you'll find "50 shades of red" or something like that. 

Today I will speak about Art Design by Collistar. Just take a look at it and you'll understand why it has got such a name – it' a real cosmetic masterpiece. 

Beside its exquisite appearance, it has also got fantastic vanilla smell, and for me smell is always important. 

Well, I've got N 16 Ruby. Let's examine it in details: 

• It's not dramatic "bloody" red but flirty with some fade pink elements;

• I love it's texture, you feel like you deal with soft lip balm;

• I like the way it can be applied on lips, you don't need any brushes, it's easy to apply it in a correct way, thanks to its geometric form;

• It's rather resistant, there's no need to remake your makeup each hour;

• It is glossy, so when I need matt ruby lips, I apply only lipliner. By the way, actually it doesn't make lips dry but I regularly put lip balm on my lips for them not to suffer. 

So that is all, strict eyelines and soft pink blush and my makeup is ready.

Heart of a city

To walk around the city and to look at ancient buildings is like turning pages of a favorite book. You examine each detail to learn much better the city you visit or live in. As for the ancient buildings, you cannot find them in each city. But if the building was created about two centuries ago, it's already pure history. The architecture you see in the photos is of that kind. It is in Moscow and it is Russian Treasury Loan. The interior is as exquisite as exterior, but unfortunately nowadays it's forbidden to visit it. 

Anyway I love to touch the city in such a way, I want these houses to remembere. Art lives much longer than we do, so I want to be the piece of art to stay in history. 

My total blue look is framed by "dirty pink" bag, my hair style shows my admiration to XIX century and my extreme mini-dress is balanced by modest top of the same dress and a jacket. 

Blue is a color of melancholy, they say, but for me it's the color of mental exaltation. Anyway my blue mood helps me to write my name in history of this city.
